Alhamdulillah, we are fully Halal. We’re more than happy to provide Halal certifications from our manufacturers if you have any concerns however

Can I cancel my order? ❌

Unfortunately once orders have been placed, we are unable to cancel them. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause

Shipping

How will I receive my item(s)?📦

All our pouches contain 500g of sweets. Therefore, if you order the 1kg fizzy mix, you will receive two pouches🍬

We use Royal Mail as our courier - you have the option of either a standard delivery (2-4 working days) or an express delivery (1-3 working days). A tracking number will be given to you once the order has been shipped

I put in the wrong address, can you change it?😨

We’re really sorry, once orders have been placed we’re unable to amend any of the details. Once your order has been dispatched, we recommend getting in touch with the courier as soon as possible to amend this however we cannot guarantee that they will deliver to the updated address

Do you ship abroad?✈️

We're really sorry, this is not something we currently do. Never say never though👀

Returns

Can I return my item(s)?🌚

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns due to the item being perishable. If you have any queries though, please contact us so we can resolve it as soon as possible
